What does corporate culture mean to you? Is it showing up to work on time, maintaining ethical standards, or maybe just smiling at a coworker. Well there are many definitions professionals will give you. However, they are often boring and hard to follow. I’m going to break it down for you in a way that is easier to remember. The company you work at should be a reflection of the kind of person you are. For example, if you are a marketing executive trying to sell cigarettes, but you are heavily against smoking you won’t be successful. What you need to do is find your dream job instead!
